Hydraulic Turret
Hydraulic rotary cylinder with high speed and high accuracy combined With rigidand precise power chuck increase greatly heavy cutting and Tougn metal cutting capacity.
High Rigidity Servo Turret
High rigidity and accuracy servo turret 12 tools from ltaly, that change cutters with high intensity, high speed, stable, accurate, can substantially save processing time. Tool size:25mm &φ40mm.
High Efficiency Machining
Max. Speed of spindle is 4500rev/min. Rapid traverse rate of X and Zaxes is up to 20m/min. Auto parts feeder can be equipped to fulfill fast and efficient automation production.
Accurate Feeding
Each feeding axis is driven by servomotors through Japan THK precision ball screws. Machining accuracy is ensured and longtime accuracy is remained.
Machine Bed Construction
Hign rigldity meenanite cast iron 45 slant bed, easy chip removal, compact design, beautiful appearance.
