SLANT-BED PERCISION CNC LATHE
High Precision Spindle
Themachinetool adopts Japanese ultra-high precision spindle bearings, with ahigh rigidity combination design to ensure high rigidity and long- lasting accuracy of the spindle. The spindle runout is less than 3μm.
High Efficiency Machining
Max. Speed of spindle is 5500rev/min, Rapid traverse speed of the X and Y axes canreach up to24 and 28m/min. Auto parts feeder can be equipped to fulfil fast and efficient automation production.
Accurate Feeding
Each feeding axis is driven by servo motors through Japan THK precision ball screws. Machining accuracy is ensured and longtime accuracy is remained. Repeat ability is less than<±1.5μm.
High Precision Turret
High precision turret, more tool station, tisfast, steady, accurate to change tool, and save process time.
Hydraulic Turret
Hydraulic tailstock, the guide wayof tailstock can be dismantled, flexible configuration, it greatly increae Shaft parts Machining precision and Efficiency, and save process time.
Extra Heavy Cutting
Hydraulic rotary cylinder with high speed and high accuracycombined with rigidand precise power chuckincrease greatly heavy cutting and tough metal cutting capacity.
Control System
Driven by FANUC control systems that enable the lathes with great stability. It can also be equipped with SYNTEC or other domestically produced CNC systems.
